The pack includes 17 residential models (some in different color schemes, making a total of 26 buildings) plus 4 buildings (offices, shops, a mosque and a hospital). I had more models in mind, especially old-looking buildings, but my time and energy are limited - plus, it appears that my 3DS Max licence expires tomorrow (gotta find a solution!).
The buildings draw inspiration from different Arab cities. With some imagination and with the help of other custom and vanilla buildings you can recreate a city like Dubai or Cairo.
