Transportation No Collision 0.1

This is a basic no collision class for bridges

    This is a basic no collision class to make bridges work. I'm working on making bridges baseless. Hopefully I'll post that soon.

    Odd response above mine. Thanks for working on bridges, in XXL they just kinda fudged them up. I don't get why they act so different. But, again, thanks!
