A most Awesome building! Not only is this building very beautiful but fayedd fixed the tax income after I took off a star in my prior rating. It started to generate 736C, normal for high density elites, then jumped up to 2,880C and I had a row of about 4 of these Regatta residences in a row pumping out over 10K in tax income! I'm hoping reality doesn't set in once I go back into the city but seeing such whopping tax income means I can build more services.

Spectacular! I think I am on the 'no base' bandwagon. Before I hated building without a base, but now.. not so much. This tower is just beautiful.
