Excellent work - I thing it probably took you longer than a couple of hours - the diffuse has been remade and the whole model completely retextured - or maybe you are just quicker than me. :;

FYI - the NOZAC tag can be included , it is an original game tag, its just that in CXXL it doesn't appear to do anything for in particular residential mods, not sure about Offices though, seems to work with them. My other Boulder model from the same collection seems to work just fine with NOZAC unless anyone has any different experience.
