Well, I just found this old mod in my backup. The original author is kiwi. The mod unlocks railway, railway bridge, railway station and couple of other roads.
Retested it on CXL Platinum. The train station and railway bridge works fine. But
If you place the railway your game crash !
Suggestion: use the pipline and railrack pack, only place train staton for eye candy purpose.
Back up your city if you wanna try this.
And read instruction inside rar file.
