Here are 3 new plaza areas based on the original Urban Plaza, Modern Plaza and Posh Plaza.
These 3 plaza areas have different trees(palms) and potted plants compared to the originals. Great for those tropical cities.
They can also be placed over water.
Intall the UIM and you can then locate them in the Decorations > Areas > Decorated Areas menu
