Changes :
- Mod Tag modified for CXXL compatibility
- ExpandWidth value modified for avoid CXXL crash
- Version with terraform capability added for surface planing
The T labelled are with trees... they are split between two locations :
- The originals plazas textures are in the normal tab
- The terraforming versions are in the custom tab (TR labeled)

ps: I haven't tested but, except meteorite fall, he's compatible with CXL Platinum + UIM...
