This is a model that I built from scratch based upon the The Sherry Netherland Hotel and apartments at 781 5th Avenue NYC . The building is a wall to wall residential Elite T3 building designed to work best when placed in a corner position (as the real world building) in conjunction with Monty's excellent New York W2W builldings pack available here. The model is on a custom size base and will not grow in zones, it needs to be individually placed.

Download the ZIP file and unpack to your local machine. Choose to install ONLY 1 of the 4 Patch files provided. All 4 patchfiles have the same model name and can be used interchangeably.
There are 2 HIREZ versions provided using a 2048 x 2048 diffuse map. One has realistic lighting as per the real building. the other one has illuminated roof and spire which looks better in the game but is not how the real building looks.
The 2 LOWREZ versions are identical but run off the standard 1024 x 1024 diffuse map and comply strictly with the technical documents. Use this file if you experience any performance issues on your system by using one of the HIREZ versions.
