Aitortilla01s Miscellaneous Pack
After a little more than a year modding so many projects have been popping up in my mind that in the end there is no time and sometimes no will to go through all of them.
I am hereby releasing models that have just been sitting in my computer for a long time as well as models of projects I have finally decided to cancel. Unfortunately, the San Francisco housing pack, the Rodeo Drive stores pack and the Tokyo pack are being axed. I am releasing them for you to enjoy, even though they are incomplete and may not meet all the technical requirements.
I hope that you are not too disappointed to see some of the projects being cancelled! I promise that what will be coming next will certainly make up for this!
The following are buildings that I never released before but fully comply with the game technical requirements and use the standard values (workers, profits, cost, etc.) of each type:
The Blue Hotel (menu location: T2 Business hotel, custom)
Federal Building (menu location: T4 offices, custom)
Main St. Bank (menu location: T2 offices, custom)
801 Tower (menu location: T3 offices, custom)
Gas Company Tower (menu location: T4 offices, custom)
These are the projects I'm finally giving up on; they are incomplete and I am releasing them just for the sake of sharing:
San Francisco Sunset District Pack (menu location: T2 skilled residential, custom)
4 houses sized 20x40; all comply with technical requirements except the 4th one, which exceeds somewhat the triangle count. They are only plowable.
Rodeo Drive Stores Pack (menu location: T2 shops, custom)
Just one model; only LOD1 finished
Tokyo Pack (menu location: T2 shops, custom)
Just one model; LOD1 and its mapping are not finished yet
Note: if anyone feels like finishing this last one, be my guest. I have uploaded the .max file and textures if you want to do so. I have also uploaded a ton of Japanese textures that I gathered to use for future models, maybe you want to use them in models of your own

Installation
Unzip the file, copy the patches you want into your PAK folder;
