This time i may present you Bay City! It's a huge city in american style.
The Metropolis is located in the gigantic delta area of River Pretego right at the coast of Pretego Bay in the country called Northern Union Republic. The metropolitan area is the home of 18,5 million people. It is the biggest city before CJ - St. Lucas, CJ - New Hastings, CJ - Osato and CJ - Coldwater.
Bay City (colloquial "B.C." or "The Big One") is the most important economic city and trading center in the world (my world). Here are located many international companies, corporations and organizations. It's also one of the significantliest seaport cities. The metropolis has a high amount of very interesting sights and cultural offers and has a worldwide very big reputation of art and tourism. Each year about 50 million people are visiting Bay City. The city has the highest cost of living in the world and is also one of the most expensive places.
The mayor is Michael HAMP. A election campaign for the new mayor is coming soon, HAMP has a strong opponent: Daniel MORRISON, a economy man, a successful entrepreneur and big employer. He plans to revalue the vulnerable areas and reduce the corporate taxes.

This is the other side of the city, off the gloss and bustling life of Bay City: The Slums of East Town. Hopelessness and unemployment rule this dangerous area. Bad investments and real estate speculations prevented the enhancement of the region. Meanwhile the old, disused freight railstation and abandoned industrial buildings was put in use again to create jobs - but only with minor success. Mayoral candidate Daniel Morrison plans to get East Town in property of the City council. He is criticized (Costs) and praised for that equally.

Chinatown is located on Madison Island.

Madison Island is the financial district of Bay City and the most dense populated area in the city as also the largest commercial center of N.U.R. For example here are located Northern Union Bank, the Commercial Bank, the Diversified Bank, the Empire Bank, the Federal State Bank, the Bay City General Bank & Trust, the Heritage First National Bank & Trust, the Bay City National Bank and the Madison Citybank.
The Business area contains the CBD on the East right beside Milton Sound and the ultramodern CBD right in the center of the island.
The geographical borders of North Madison are not precisely defined.
