    2nd Mod by myself, decided to go a bit more simple and made this building when i went past it on a recent trip to the city.

    Textures were a major feedback point from other modders so i took that into account and tried to improve the texture quality as much as possible and included self illumination, bump and reflection mapping to try and get this building looking good.

    Should work on all versions of cities xl, but i have only tested on Cites XXL

    You should add "BETA" in the name.
    Seems to be good on the 3D stuff...
    Textures need improvments.
