    Here’s my first building mod. A bunch of T1 small offices, 7 building + 1 reskin. They're highly detailed low-poly models. All textures are reworked or replaced.

    Gameplay Info
    Same stats as T1 offices, albeit with a reduced upkeep cost.
    They feature Over-Water-Placement, Off-the-Road and limited W2W capabilities

    they look great but still no need to use such larger texture maps. from what I can tell the detail you could easily have used 1024- just saying

      Like I said in the mod's discussion thread I don't think this is relevant these days. I could have used 1024-bit maps only, but I decided not to. Most of the textures don't allow UVW tiling and I don't want to have quads increasing the complexity of such small buildings, so it would be very difficult to reduce map size without losing quality... Anyway, I could make an SD version for those with absolutely low-end systems (even if it's only the size that bothers people =P)

    Again,4 stars because I wished so many times those buildings had a little smaller collision box, like instead 40x30 >> 35x25 , then i could do much more with them. :)

      Most of them are 20x40. The long office is 30x60 and the white reskin 40x20. Thanks. =)
