Hello!
I created this simple building for myself, but I thought maybe I can share it for those who may be interested. Usually I build huge cities with highrises, but there is very little choice of 40X40 m base high buildings, so I created this one to add some variation. This is a "leisure" building so it does not grow by itself and don't easily go bankrupt. I used low pixel textures to keep the file small, so the shops at the bottom are a bit strange.
