I have spent sometime building this from scratch based on several types of old buildings and design ideas of my own.
There are two versions of the same building, the only difference are the colors. You can use one or both if you wish.

Menu location: Commerce > Leisure > Entertainment Liesure
Installation - Download and Unzip the two patch files into your mods folder.
