Here is 10 Elite Houses, they are pretty much 'as is' from citylife. I made the reflection, bump and AO\lightmap and created the extra LOD.
They are all pretty much in spec, some have slightly higher triangle count for some LOD's but only around 10-15%, most of them have very small texture files anyway, T1 is 512x256 and the T3's are 512x512.
Replace version 0.1 with 0.2 to get the extra new ones.
I'll probably do the lowlife\allam ones the same pretty much 'as is', but the exec ones have some quite nice towers and apartments so I want to give them new textures first.
