    This mod is a ported version of the mod made by Exalight :

    A completely useless but fun mod who add 6 buildings under construction... The mod add 3 T1 slots (40x40) and 3 T3 slots (60x60) with the following specifications :

    - small collision box
    - can be not connected to the road
    - cost nothing, do nothing

    They can be found in Custom Tab > Civic Services > Environment...

    Final rendering is not in HD but it's just for fun. I've test it only in CXXL but it works probably with earlier versions...

    looks really great. would like to use. but dont like the decoration only part of it. why not make it a workplace for T1 workers?? otherwise good work!

      Thanks for your comment, yes it's not a bad idea. For this quickly made version and for don't modify the game logic for the purists, I based on this concept : costs nothing so does nothing.

      For stay coherent if I add workplace I must add a building cost and, why not, noise pollution and others things...

      It's an idea, I think to this and may be...

    Works in platinum! Looks great in development areas...however i don't see the tallest one in my list...not sure why.
