These water plazas were originally done by @nicko2u so credit goes to him for the bulk of the work. All I did was edit the class files to make the plazas flat.

I have also made them XXL friendly and added new thumbnails so they stand out in the menu.
What you can do with these plazas will be endless. As they are flat they do not creep up anything so building water areas on land with piers is easy.
Even waterways. Note: I did this waterway quickly so the sides are a little rough.
