    This is an experimental building modeled to scale on a real life complex in my hometown which I thought I would share as I think its quite attractive for a modern building. The real life building has the rounded part fronting onto a riverside location but I can see it being at home in the game fronting onto a park or other open spaces.

    The in game model is very large at 120 x 120 meters so I doubt you will use many of these but I have tried to stick as close to the T3 building spec as I could manage.
