This mod replaces all pedestrians and most of the characters in the game.

- 100 new models. Replaces the original ones and adds 30 new pedestrians.
- Models for children, adults and elders.
- New walking cycles replacing the original goofy walks.
- All characters have 3 lods.

Notes:
I didn't model them, I modifed and coverted them to work in CXL. Models have a higher polycount than the original ones, but they shouldn't have a high performance impact because the game switches between characters lods at shorter distances than buildings.
Some animation may look a bit off because the skeleton structure is not exactly the same and the information for some bones (like fingers) is missing the in the original animations, but overall they all should pretty much work fine.
Models for sport players and Ski Gem pack are not changed (yet).
