Original overview
Here is a modern house for executives.
This mod is inspired by a real house model from a french premium developer.
Menu location
XXL players can use the filters if they have too many thumbnails (I forgot the "modern" style tag in the following picture).
CXL players
This mod should work if you have installed those prerequisites:
- User Interface Mod (UIM) by Altiris
- XL Nation Furniture Dependency Pack by Monty
- Tags.cfg by Mr.X2
- Tree Bug Fix by Pharmist

Joking aside, the no tree version wil be in the first update. I don't know yet if I'll use the no-collision menu or the upgrade option.
