    CBD

The Central Business District is relatively large in size with ground floor commercial buildings, market stalls, a park, office buildings, transport hub, sports complex, a hotel and residential buildings in the medium sized district. This provides a boost the Harlem Slopes and neighbouring suburbs, while also boosting Coeus Islands Infrastructure.

    Infrastructure

Harlem, being the closest suburb to the main island of Coeus, has a strong transport link to surrounding suburbs as well as East and West Village. The suburb is provided with an elevated level of travel services with bus lines 2,9,1,8 passing through most of the suburb and bus lines 5,4,6 and 3 originating and terminating in Harlem Slopes. Harlem Slopes, due to the proximity to the city and coast access provides transport via the Foster Sea into the Manhattan Lakes Cruise terminal. Harlem Lakes also has 2 connecting bridges to Coeus Island, providing easy access for work etc.
There are two sports complexes and multiple playing fields in the suburb that have basketball courts, swimming pools, a gym and tennis courts for all sporting needs. Astoria Lake State Primary School is the only school in the suburb on Harlem Slopes with the high school and university in neighbouring suburbs.

    Environment
Situated on the Eastern boundary of Harlem Slopes is Lake Astoria, 1.3787km2 of thriving ecosystem which is environmentally protected, thus meaning there are no direct properties on the lake/any access to the lake for recreational use. Although there are many lush coves/waterholes along the coast line of Harlem Slopes for swimming, fishing and other water activities. Multiple parks and eco corridors litter the suburb, increasing environmental stratification/sustainability.

    5/5,
I will give you the five stars, because your city together with the detailed journal part have been quite impressive to me!

I like that you stayed rather consistent and did not mix up too many different styles within the place. Also, Harlem Slopes looks truly realistic to me, you added a lot of embellishments to achieve this, good job :)

Given the few views of the main city, I would like to give you some advice: Try to improve the natural recreation sites:

Forests never consist of only trees all over, there are clearings, for example. So you could mix e.g. grass plazas with forest areas.

The wooden area alongside the shore (in front of the main CBD with all the skyscrapers) deserves a better use for walking. I would say that any city in the world would have some more esplanades there, not only nature. I have seen the marinas over there, nonetheless I think there could be added some more stuff ;)

Maybe take a look at the journals of other people to get an impression of what could be added ;)
