This patch contains 19 residentials for unskilled, skilled and executives.
Building style follows New York's architecture.
Specs.
7 models for unskilled workers, 10x30 base size T1R1,
6 models for skilled workers, 10x30 base size T1R2,
6 models for executives workers, 10x30 base size T1R3.
All buildings have four LODs (level of detail) and conforms with the "Artist technical document".
Overwater placement, ploppable only.
You will find these buildings under the T1 R1/R2/R3 Residential custom containt menu.
XLNation_UserInterfaceMod_v1.79.6 or higher required.
If you want to see the trees and plants seen on the pictures, then you should have Z_Pharmist_TreeBug_Fix_v1.00 This is not a pre requisite. Its optional.
