This patch contains three T3 office buildings.
Building style follows New York's architecture.
Specs.
Two T3, 60x60 base size offices.
One T3, 30x60 base size office.
Overwater placement.
The 30x60 base size building is plopable only.
All buildings have four LODs (level of detail) and conforms with the "Artist technical document".
You will find these buildings under the Offices T3 Custom menu.
XLNation_UserInterfaceMod_v1.79.6 or higher required.
Shader Pack for players required.
If you want to see the trees and plants seen on the pictures, then you should have Z_Pharmist_TreeBug_Fix_v1.00 This is not a pre requisite. Its optional.
If you want to see the custom furnitures, then you should have XLN_ModdingTeam_Dependency_FurniturePack_v1.4 or higher. This is not a pre requisite. Its optional.
