Residential NY. Mid Rise Residential. Elite workers pack. 1.0

Had to update due to image hosting change. Moved from "imageShack" to "imgur".

This patch contains 11 residentials, housing elite workers.

Building style follows New York's park avenue and broadway architecture. Each one has the name of its physical address. The buildings are generics from the originals. I tried and managed to keep the real scale and dimentions.
Locations and Specs:
One building from 5th Avenue and its mirror. Base size 20x40 T2R4.
Two buildings from Central Park West and their two mirrors. Base size 30x60 T3R4.
One building from Madison Avenue and East95th Street. Base size 20x40 T2R4.
Two buildings from Park Avenue and their two mirrors. Base size 20x40 and 40x40 T2R4.

Overwater placement.
The buildings are only plopable except the one with the 40x40 base size.

All buildings have four LODs (level of detail) and conforms with the "Artist technical document".

You will find these buildings under the Elite Residential T2 and T3 Custom menu.
XLNation_UserInterfaceMod_v1.79.6 or higher required.

If you want to see the trees and plants seen on the pictures, then you should have Z_Pharmist_TreeBug_Fix_v1.00 This is not a pre requisite. Its optional.
If you want to see the custom furnitures, then you should have XLN_ModdingTeam_Dependency_FurniturePack_v1.4 or higher. This is not a pre requisite. Its optional.

Well. thats all folks. I myself am very satisfied with the results. The custom furnitures i designed make a really nice adition to the buildings. Especially the green tent found on many expensive residentials in the Central Park area. And the ventilators and airconditions i designed will be very usefull in future releases of industrial and office buildings. Oh! And if anybody wants to use these furnitures in his mods, feel free to use them. Will be happy to share with you!
In some pictures i used models that other players created. I did this to enchance the New York's feeling a player gets using xlNation's mods.
