Hi, this is my first Building I created from scratch. It's a creation of my mind.
It's a T3-Residential for Unskilled Workers.
I used Textures from GTA-IV, so it's a NewYorkCity-Style building.
You can place it W2W and Over-Water.
It's the first building of my Custom-NYC-Style Series. Hope you like it
THERE ARE TWO VERSIONS, USE ONLY ONE OF THEM!!!
One with NOZAC-Tag, One without. Means: One is Ploppable only, the other one is for Zoning AND Ploppable
