When installed to the paks folder, this .patch will cause Office Buildings to consume retail services. In a large city with many office buildings, you will see the change within a few minutes of loading and will need to build more shops to stop businesses going bankrupt. From a new city, the changes are more subtle, maybe not very noticeable at all but they are there. You can remove the mod at any time and the cities will still load without it, but the demand for retail will be gone from Offices leaving an over-production of retail most likely.
