Tutorial On-Road Parking With Colourful Pavements!

For when your pavements just aren't pretty enough!

    Hollow's having its roads replaced.

Brandon's celebrity paradise is finally being modernised, and its antiquated road system is being replaced with new streets designed to add room for extra cars to park - with the handy side effect of bringing in additional revenue for the city's sprawling casinos, strip-malls and bars. In this brief tutorial, I'll show you how to make your pavements pretty!

Here's Central Hollow - to be precise, the intersection of Frances Avenue and Hollow Boulevard.

First, demolish the roads. Don't worry about the buildings around them. Then replace them with the ORP roads. These will be slightly smaller and so will leave a gap between the edge of the road and the buildings along it, but they will appear connected.

Then fill in the gaps with a plaza of your choice. I take no credit for the plazas.

Because the buildings will still appear connected to the road over considerable distances, you can even use smaller roads.

Repeat this process to create multiple layers. Here's how Hollow looks today!
