Here's a New Year's gift. I finally had the time and the courage to finish this mod started a long time ago.
The Oregon Theater is based on the beautiful model created by W_Lemay from 3D warehouse. However, I totally rebuilt the building because the original model wasn't directly usable (too many differences in comparison to CXL's technical requirements).
You will find this building in the menu of cultural leisure activities.

Technical details
CXL players
- Triangles count: 3862 (L1), 2000 (L2), 1000 (L3), 108(L4).
- Base: 40 x 40
- Complete translations (DeepL for br, de, es, it, pl and ru - Google translation for cz, jp and tw)
Not tested with CXL but it should works. I recommend the following prerequisites:
- User Interface Mod (UIM) by Altiris
- XL Nation Furniture Dependency Pack by Monty
- Tags.cfg by Mr.X2
- Tree Bug Fix by Pharmist
