    Hi folks!

    I am deeply sorry to tell that Osato never will be finished. The city is totally overloaded and can hardly get loaded anymore. Reducing settings and deleting shadercache don't help anymore. Maybe i will be able to load Osato one more time to take more pictures, or even build on. Parts of Osato like the transition aren't completed, the suburbs are completely missing so far. :(

    Osato is by far the biggest city of Coastland and also its` capital. It's the cultural and economical centre of the state. The city is located in the east of the country right at the coast, in fact at the southern peak of the large, about 25 km long peninsula Greenwalt. That peninsula is located between West Osato Bay and Hatch River. The Varocama Desert begins just about 40 kilometres west of the city (CJ - Desert Town).

    Osato has over 2 million inhabitants, 1910 the citys'population was about only 300,000. Due to the opening of Pretego Canal (CJ - Canal City) in combination with larger discoveries of oil and the confession of the city to establish Osato as new industrial hub of the countrys' south, also in competition to CJ - Bay City, changed the former rather insignificant, small town into a metropolis. In the early 1960s Osato reached the population mark of 1 million. The small industrial harbor has been replaced by a big oil and Container port. For historical reasons the city still has the same city borders as 1930, the population density is rather high.
    In the 1980s until 2000s also tourism-sector and services grew. Modern office buildings and residential towers characterize the cityscape.

    Just some pictures of the unfinished city. One can recognize the plan i had and some structures. Also the unfinished areas in the center of the city (that annoys me most), the missing transition and the missing suburbs can (not) be seen.

    Its amazing city and a beautiful Asian city looks a bit like Tokyo in relation to the residential density the parks are beautiful but it does not look like those of a Japanese or Asian city. I would like you to take a look at my project I am building Tokyo and yokohama has been a challenge so I congratulate you for your work I know how hard and difficult to build in xl and even then you presented an incredible job full of details you reached another level It will be difficult to overcome

      Thank you very much! I have seen lots of your pics in media section, i really like them and i am looking forward to see your result. Japanese Cities are hard to build indeed, the parks are in fact not really asian like, i agree. I tried to get them "neutral". Thanks for your nice review! :-)

    Stunning creation ! :) i really admire your creativity, some sick ideas i saw in Osato. Also, its enormous project to fill whole land with such density. Thats hard and time consuming as f..ck !
    Also i would love to see you pass to XXL, less errors, better shaders, skyboxes, etc.
    And if you have time and will, learn PS or some other photo editting program, it will give you beautiful results and satisfaction for sure :)
    Keep up the good work, always amazing work coming from you Inan !

      Thank you! I appreciate your opinion! Yeah, i know...CXXL is a bit better than CXL, but i would have to start from zero and add mod by mod. I do not have the will and time to do so, same with PS, i would have just to learn it for this game. I think CXL Platinum is good enough. I'm also keen on your new project. :-)
