Thanks for a great welcome to the community!

Although I have other projects in progress, one day I got inspiration to create something very different from my other cities: an arctic industrial town. Thanks, Alex24, for the map !

So, Parkensk is a remote, cold and polluted town in the arctic region. It's not a beautiful city... I know it. And that's the whole point of it - to make a creepy miserable lonely town. I have never had enviromental issues in my CXL towns before, but this time "Pollution is killing everything" constantly flashed on my screen .
And no wonder, why:

There are mainly high density residences in Parkensk


Apartments, apartments and more apartments. And the endless taiga forest.




There's also a river splitting the town. That's the "other side":
