Instructions
1. Dependency is required:
XXL: Community Mod
XL: UIM, ShaderPack
2. Includes 3 different buildings. For specifications/size/etc see table.
3. I also added a new kind of collision box to each of them. The base of the no-collision version is 1x1m big and snaps to the road. This might cause a conflict/issues with collision box tolerance mod (but did not test it though)
