    Small collision box, no base.
    It should work with Cities XL too.

    Menu location: Residential>Skilled workers>T3 >Custom Content

    The buildings is quite high poly, 18.000 L1, 14.000 L2, 10.000 L3, 500 L4. Too many curved balconies :p

    Adds to modern city dynamics...especially since it's skilled and not a tier 3 or 4 building. Would like to see more like this, especially in the tier 1 category.
