Sorry for all the trees in the water. Due to making this map XL friendly, the old map maker had to be used so I had no control over the trees.

Installation
XL
Put the .patch into the Pak folder of your Cities XL
XXL
Put the .patch into the mods folder of your Cities XXL
As normal, delete the trees in the water. (sorry there's heaps)
TIP: Right click the bulldozer thumbnail and move the slider up to increase the bulldozer size
