I slightly changed the structure of the original model. I removed the ugly signs, modified the lods, adapted the class file to XXL and reviewed the layout. I kept the original textures.

Altiris made a version of this City Life building several years ago with alternative textures. Its excellent mod is called Ultra Tune.
