    Based on the Sofmap building located in Akihabara in Tokyo, Japan.

    Akihabara is the world hub for Anime, Manga, and electronics!
    Most of Akihabara, or Akiba, for short, is Saturated with Anime, Maid Cafes, Karaoke bars, Arcades and stores!

    This building in particular is not an exact replica of the original, but its very similar nonetheless!

    The texture size is a bit higher than normal, (1500 x 1125 Just diffuse.) because of the many ads in the building, and I didn't want them to look very blurry.

    I haven't mod in so long, that I had forgotten a lot of the steps, but I really wanted this building for my city! So I started modding again! The PC I'm currently using is not as powerful as my previous one that died.
    So modding was a lot slower, but tolerable, to say the least.

    The building is located under Commerce: Leisure: Cultural Leisure.

    Please let me know if you encounter any problems you may experience with this mod!
