    This is my 3rd mod. This building is a student dormitory in real life. District consisting of these buildings is called New York :D, because in 70s (when they were built) those were ones of the tallest buildings in the country.

      I disagree with you, because if it was at the size of T2,then it would have created too cramped districts, which is nowhere near real life districts, The base could have been even more bigger, but it fitted 60x60 just perfect.
