Base Map used:The Green Hills
Created for the first competition for 2018. This is an area in the Bay of Islands in New Zealand. It includes towns like Paihia, Waitangi, Opua and Russell. I made a few hilly areas to build on but they are not too high. Has some big flat areas for airports etc...
There are plenty of places for harbors but you will need to lower the ground a little for the default in game harbors otherwise the game complains.
I made the ground a little high so it's enough to dig down.

Put the .patch into the Pak folder of your Cities XL

Put the .patch into the mods folder of your Cities XXL
As normal, delete the trees in the water.
TIP: Right click the bulldozer thumbnail and move the slider up to increase the bulldozer size
