This mod adds a new skybox set with custom lighting. It's main feaure is to change the night time into "The blue hour", It's ideal for those who want to take nightime screenshots or playing at night with a brighter night.
The noon time lighing is more neutral and the buildings have enhanced reflections, like those in the old Day/Night Cycle mod.
