Trump International Hotel and Tower is a condo-hotel in downtown Chicago, Illinois. The building was designed by architect Adrian Smith of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. Bovis Lend Lease built the 96-story structure, which reached a height of 1,389 feet (423 m) including its spire, its roof topping out at 1,170 feet (360 m).
Because the shape of the building I though it would work better if it didn't had a square base, so you could use it in angled intersections.
Small collision box, no base. It's a standard business hotel.
I have no idea how costs and taxes/resource values interact and I'm not interested in find it out myself...so if you have a good idea how to make it "function" more realistically your suggestions are welcome.
