Not tested in Cities XXL. But the tunnel should work there, and the crane does maybe, too, together with the fixes provided by @Monty.

General - Fix for old mods shader crash errors (XXL)
Note: I DID NOT CREATE the mods, the tunnel was done by @Monty, the crane was done by @spacky, whom I asked to upload the crane mod, but who did not reply within the last weeks.
Installation:
Download the ZIP-folder and then put the patch files into your mods folder!
Menu Location:
Cranes: Intercity Connection
Tunnel: Decoration => Landmarks
Both mods are furniture mods! Fair note: the cranes only have LOD1!
