    these models are very beautiful but they have some issues... you can't rotate them, at least i dont know a way, and bulldozing them is quite troubling too

      Nope, those aren't issues. Hold shift and move the mouse around to rotate. To delete click on them and press delete key. All buildings without collision boxes work that way.
