This patch contains 14 residentials, housing skilled workers.
Building style follows USA' s east coast architecture. Suburbs from Massachusette, Philadelphia and Norfolk inspired me to design these buildings. Each one has the name of its physical adress. The buildings are generics from the originals. I tried and managed to keep the real scale and dimentions.
Locations:
Two buildings from Central Street, Somerville, Massachusette.
Three buildings from Chester Road, Belmont, Massachusette.
Two buildings from Botetout Gardens, Norfolk, Virginia.
One building from Westover Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia.
Two buildings from Boyer Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Two buildings from Morris Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Two buildings from Rochelle Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Specs:
Base size 20m X 40m
Medium density, skilled workers (T2R2).
Overwater placement
All buildings have four LODs (level of detail) and conforms with the "Artist technical document". Lod1 up to 2000 polys, Lod 2 up to 1000, Lod3 up to 500 and Lod4 up to 100.
All necessary maps applied.
You will find these buildings under the "American pack".
XLNation_UserInterfaceMod_v1.79.6 or higher required.
(If you want to see the trees and plants seen on the pictures, then you should have Z_Pharmist_TreeBug_Fix_v1.00 This is not a pre requisite. Its optional.)
