    I love your idea. eventhough yeah i cant imagine there is a city in the middle of ocean with only Harbor as the way to get in and out, but there are so many tall offices. if you make it residientials it would make sense, but for tall office hmm nono. good luck in the further :)

      I thank the stars! The idea is using each construction in the game without repeating. Thats surreal if you build that in a map like Atoll. You are honorary citzen of Utopia due your mods contribution : )

    A beautiful city, but there are 3 things that I dislike. First thing is the transition from constructions to the beach. It looks like your town has been copied from another picture and pasted on a beach. The second thing is in downtown. The transitioning from skyscrapers to small buildings is to sudden. You could build at least 2 streets with average buildings between skyscrapers and small buildings. And the third thing are the bridges that connects downtown to the residential and the international airport. I would destroy them and would connect downtown with ferry/metro.... or use bridges, to connect all the small islands with the bridge that you used to unite Copacabana Hotel to the international airport and keep the bridge with cables, it came out perfectly. Good luck and build cities ever more beautiful in the future.

      All right. That's the first part of Utopia. In the next improvement I will consider the tips. I've changed the transitioning from skyscrapers to small buildings already... I've made some changes...
