Well, pretty much the title says it all. A proper scaled version of this fugly building. I didn't put much effort on it because I honestly loathe the real building, and the game version is even worse looking, but it was ridiculously down scaled and it needed to be fixed. Just a giant pile of reflective junk.
Changed some textures and tweaked the model, but basically is just scaled up with new nightlights.
It has the regular leisure effect.
