To be able to place two bridges on top of each other you need this mod. Important read the instructions.
Changes - Flexible Placement Mod - XXL - XL

Then it's quite simple, do a test preferably on a flat ground:
1 / Build your first bridge. Lower deck.
2 / Build your second bridge (upper bridge) starting from one or the other end of the lower bridge, by placing your cursor very slightly offset from the axis of the first bridge and without any contact with the lower bridge.
Click to validate the placement of the cursor, then move your mouse so as to build the bridge above the first one.

Be careful, during the construction of the upper bridge, you must shift your slider so as to avoid the hooking of the slider on the lower bridge.
