..the skies in your images.. are they in-game or photoshop? Great mod.. unfortunately I uninstalled my CXL since it crashed every time I open it..

hy aitortilla! i just stumbled upon your incredible amsterdam buildings and let me just say that you rock man! this is super awesome. after amazement one thing came to my mind - what would be even cooler is having each and every single one of those little buildings separately! you probably took this into consideration already and if you did, there must be a reason why you put them into solid blocks of buildings. but if you could separate all of them, that would give us a true and absolute freedom! there is still potential in this mod so would this be possible? if not, there is always small collision version that Ole made ( thank you Ole! ).

Hello,
Are there any specific instructions for placing the seawall? When I use it, it comes out reversed. What I mean by this is that the fence and trees show on the land side of the road, so they block the houses' doors and the open side of the road ends up towards the water; basically the opposite of how it should be. I checked your images here and they look right so I'm assuming I missed some step cause I'm placing the road the wrong way round. Any tips? Thanks!

if this does not work one way, it works very well in the other direction. : p

Invert the starting point!

 

It is quite easy all in all to handle the seawall, @mrmnts !
If you look at it correctly, you see the wall is 15m wide. Hence take a 15m over water road by pharmist,
and then replace it piecewise with the seawall.

But I am not sure whether it works in XXL, make a back up before and then test it.

Yes, this works just fine. Just a very simple change and the problem was solved

 

I used these buildings between two of my downtown areas-right along the canal. When it is done, it will look really cool. Thank you for this pack. I'll have to post a picture.
