Cities XXL Cities Xxl Game Application Has Stopped Working

Hey guys,

So i'll say right now that this was entirely my fault, but I don't know how to fix it and was wondering if anyone else did.

I downloaded the game yesterday and it worked completely fine all is well, so I started adding some mods from the workshop, once again everything working fine.

However, I then went into XLEX and decided to try some old mods that I used in 2012 and Platinum. Putting a couple in one at a time everything was working fine, however, I tried to install the XL UIM http://xlnation.city/resources/xl-user-interface-mod.8/
which is requires you to "install" rather than just putting a patch file in.

Since I did that the game crashes on startup doing the old "Cities XXL Game Application has stopped working.

I tried to uninstall the UIM using the same exe but it didn't help, it still crashes.

So i guess what i'm asking is does anyone know how I can uninstall this fully to get my game running again, without having to re-download the 5.5GB... (I have really slow internet will take me like 4 hours ).

Yeah I know, was silly of me, especially to try it without a backup.

Do you know how to to completely uninstall it or am I pretty much going to have to redownload?
