1. If you are going to register on XLNation, please make sure you do not use a proxy server.

Does Anyone Know If Its Possible To Change The Rotation Angles Of Buildings?

    For example, instead of holding shift and moving mouse to rotate and only having the 8 possible angles, to make it like 16 possible angles or freeform?

    One work around is to lay down a piece of road in the angel you want, then place the building against the road. The building will align it self with the road.
    And the road is much easier to place in the angel one wants.

    Other wise we have to rewrite the exe and that can't be done.

    You might try poking around in the placementrules.cfg. I didn't see anything that stood out as a value that could adjust the number of rotation angles, but I only gave it a quick scroll-through.
