The zip isn't opening. Perhaps it's a problem with my .rar?

Funky, does this process work with the XXL version of Cities? I kinda want to learn how to do this.

I get way more enjoyment building a map up to the point of a complete infrastructure system.... Unfortunately I tend to lose interest after that. I'm a geographer in real life.. I think I could have a good eye for making fictitious maps and creating real map conversion.

Oh... your video's are great, nice and straight forward. But, you should really use a "pop" guard. Some of those breaths and what not hurt because you kind of have to have the volume up a bit to hear everything you say. LOL. I'm guitar player too, do a lot of recordings. It's as easy as taking a wire hanger (for button up shirts and what not. Not sure if there's a different English word used in Australia) and making a circle w/two additional pieces that will connect it to the mic. Then you take an old T-shirt and cut out a piece into the shape of the made circle and just glue. The pop guard should be about 3-5'' away from the mic.

The sample Color map, RGB map, & Shadow map .dds files in Funky's "map files" resource seem to be corrupted.
Understanding these files and their functions are impeding my progress with learning the XL map editor.
Some good samples of these files would be very helpful.
