List Of Countries

We will start with 3 countries ruled by 3 members each. Later on, other members can join these countries or create their own. Each country should have between 3 and 5 members. If someone wants to join Countries XL, but all other countries are full and no-one else wants to join Countries XL, someone in an existing group can join or we can make an exception and allow the new member to make it's own country. Ruling on your own will have it's consequences, though. You may not participate in certain contests, for example.

Every group is free to make their own name and free to choose how they're going to do so. The group can decide to make a poll, or it may select one member of the group who is responsible for the country's name (and maybe even all of the country's cities' names). But of course a name like "Third Reich" isn't allowed.
